Stampin'Up! UK - Elegant Dress Card
Morning to you all and many thanks for taking the time to come along to my humble little blog.
Today's project was inspired by a beautiful dresss I saw on the internet.
I used the Artisan label punch for the bodice of the dress, which I embossed and blinged up with our fab rhinestones, for the dress I cut a skirt shape out of card and used the pistachio pudding ruffle to create the tiered look of the skirt.
I used the en fancais background stamp ,which i embossed with versamark and white embossing powder onto basic grey cardstock.

Stampin'Up! UK- Decorating candles
Morning
Today's quick project is decorating candles using just tissue paper , stazon black ink pad and a stamp.
It's a really simple process, firstly you cut the tissue paper to the size off the candle, stamp the image onto the tissue paper using black stazon ink. ( making sure that you have some copy paper underneath as is does bleed throughout the tissue paper! )
The wrap the tissue paper around the candle and then heat with your heat gun until tissue paper becomes translucent.
Easy and done, it does take a bit of practice to get it right but it we'll worth the effort. There are lots of tutorial for this technique on you tube.

Stampin'Up! UK - Swallowtail Splendour Tags
Today's project is still using the butterfly theme! But not a card or home decor today it's tags!
I found the tags in my stash and decided to make some tags to go on card, gifts or maybe even a scrapbook page.
As I am really liking the butterfly and swallowtail stamps at the moment tese where the first stamps I went to when I decided to do the tags, and what better to go with the swallowtail stamp than the en francais background stamp and the hardwood stamp!
I stamped the swallowtail stamp onto very vanilla cardstock in Rich razzleberry, pistachio pudding, crushed curry and island indigo.
On three of the tags I stamped the en francais background in smoky slate and soft sky. The two remaining tags I stamped with the hardwood background stamp in Baked brown sugar and crisp cantaloupe.
I finished all the tags of with either ribbon on linen there's and a few candy dots. I finally added the sentiments , for these I used a variety perfect pennants,
