Boxes and Bags

Hi everyone, 

well I decided I need a little bit of crafting inspiration this morning, so I headed in over to you tube to see what I could find. Well being part of a huge team of Stampin'Up! Demonstrators here in the UK there is no shortage of very talented ladies out there. 

So headed over to Crafty Halletts you tube channel for a looksy. I find all her videos really easy to follow and a pleasure to watch, she's a very talented lady.  Click the link to her you tube HERE

So today I made the little bows she made using just punches! So easy and a very effective way to use up all your bits of scrap papers. 

Mine's not perfect as the scrap paper I used had been scored, so the bow part wasn't as round as it should be. But hey practice makes perfect! 

Another you tube channel I visited was 

Pootles papercraft, she is always coming up with new ideas for cards, boxes etc 

Today I watched her video on the framelits storage box. It's brilliant, and so easy I made three of them in less than 10 minutes after watching her.

And finally I went to have a look at papercraft button's you tube channel and found a cute little gift bag made using one A4 sheet of paper , just score, fold and stamp.

First workshop done!

Hi everyone, well it's been a very windy and rainy few days here in Corby! Hope it's not been to bad where you are. 

Well I have done my first workshop, it was a very small one! Just a one on one with my lovely big sister, who I went to visit yesterday. 

We did a few make and take cards, simple ones as she hadn't stamped before and I didn't want to overwhelm her. 

The I did  a demo with the new product we have coming out on the November 1st and she loved it! So much so,she has ordered it.  Well when it comes out! 

Just a small first order but but never the less it's a order.

More boxes! This time gift crackers

Well, I spent a drizzly Saturday morning crafting.

Having watched lots and lots of you tube videos using this fab new product,I saw these gift crackers and thought to myself I want  to have a go at that,but make it bigger.

So I worked out the measurements for score lines etc and came up with these beauties.

Winter frost card

Hi everyone hope your having a great day, just another quick make today from stampin bell HQ! Here in rainy Corby.

Another version of the card I made using the winter frost DSP paper stack and Christmas collectables stamp set with matching paper punch. I finished it of with ribbon and gem and using Christmas  stamp set I stamped wishing you a very merry Christmas  from the wishing you stamp set with rich razzleberry ink.

Made using coastal cabana cardstock and winter frost DSP paper stack.

I love paper and cardstock, glitter and glue and I also love to ink n stamp too, I punch and I score and When It comes to ribbon I always need more! flowers for this and buttons for that and decorative pins you put in your hat. I love to bring joy by giving a gift, It's always nice to give someones happiness a lift!

Quick makes

Hi everyone, not much time in the craft room today but I did manage a few quick makes.

Small gift box and matching small card made today as my quick make. 

I used the chalk talk stamp set and oval punch. 

Hopefully another quick make tommorow
